How does it work?

- Post your letter and raise the flag to let them know they’ve got mail.
- Watch them smile and feel the love one little letter at a time!
How big is the Little Letterbox?
W140mm x L130mm x H130mm.
How often can I post the notes?
That’s entirely up to you! A good starting point is one note per week - that’s why most of our packs contain 52 notes.
How many notes are included in each note pack?
Our note packs range from 30-52 notes.
Can I personalise my Little Letterbox?
Yes, we offer custom engraving on the inside of the letterbox, on the top of the base.
How do they retrieve their note after I’ve posted it in the Little Letterbox?
It’s a breeze! Simply lift the Little Letterbox from its base and the note will be centred on the base.
What happens when I run out of notes?
We’ve got you covered! You can top-up by choosing from our wide range of activity packs, or write your own custom notes too!
Is the flag removable?
No, the flag can’t be removed, but you can raise and lower it to your heart’s content!
Can the timber used in the Little Letterbox be shipped to my country?
Yes, all of our materials have been treated and can be shipped internationally!
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! Our standard shipping is free, and we can deliver to just about anywhere in the world! Some courier restrictions may apply and are ever-changing - please email us if you think there many be difficulties shipping to your country.
How long will delivery take for my Little Letterbox?
Within Australia: 2-4 business days.
Outside Australia: 10-12 business days.
Express International shipping is available at an extra cost.
